Green Garden Florist exceeds all expectations. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating—their service is prompt, and they create the most sophisticated bouquets I have seen to date. I live in the US and wanted to order flowers for my aunt’s 90th birthday in Toronto. I was so fortunate to find the Green Garden Florist. They did a fantastic job with the flower arrangement and created such a magnificent bouquet with same day delivery!!! They shared the picture of my bouquet and called to make sure I like it. No florist has even provided such a positive customer experience. I talked to my aunt later in the day to wish her happy birthday. She said these are the most beautiful flowers she has ever received! Once again, Green Garden Florist of Thornhill created an amazingly beautiful arrangement with varieties of orchids, and special decorative touches. They designed it all before our eyes. My daughter and I arrived there to get a memorial gift for our friends, and in addition, came away with a generous gift of a rose each for ourselves. The wonderful husband and wife team patiently worked with our choices in both pottery and flowers. They do have exceptional selection of beautiful Portuguese pottery, as well as choices in home decor pieces, and quality artificial blooms. Was just walking by and figured to get my wife a dozen tulips just because. First off, the place is a bit of a mess, with cut flowers all over the front counter and floor. Secondly, $1.50 per tulip stem is definitely a bit more expensive than my usual florists (which sell for $1 per). Thirdly, and most importantly, the gentlemen that helped me didn't even bother to wrap nicely, and only upon asking did he include plant food, which he just stuck on the side with tape. Overall, just very sloppy. Kudos to the arranged bouquet reviews; I'm sure these guys put a lot of effort in their arrangements. Just sharing my personal experience with a smaller pickup. --- Update, per response below: (1) I've been to many flower shops. Not a single one has had mess lying around in areas where customers are browsing. (2) No, I was not asked if I wanted it wrapped. For the rest, fair enough.
